Buy with confidence knowing that if on arrival of your order you are not satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund in full providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days unused and in their original condition.

(The above policy excludes carriage costs which must be made by the customer both to return the product to Glow Walkies and for the exchange to be posted to them.)
